If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in the first instance. You may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 7 working days from delivery provided that you inform us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the product(s) that you intend to return it/them. In the event of a refund or exchange being offered, please note that postage and packaging costs are non-refundable. If you return items, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. We regret we cannot refund postage costs. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
In the event of a failed delivery and the item being returned back to ourselves, you will be liable for the original postage cost. If the item is returned back by a courier, we may be charged a return fee for the failed delivery. If this is the case, you will also liable for this charge, depending on the item, courier and location. Please note we have to pass these costs on. We reserve the right to change courier or service depending on availability and time. If the tracking information for your item clearly shows the courier has attempted delivery and is returned back you will be liable for return postage charges and any failed delivery and return to sender fees we incur on your behalf.
Refunds will only be made against the original payment method used. If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 7 working days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 14 days of our notification.
THE RETURNS PROCESS
STEP 1. – Notifying us of your intention to return or cancel your order
STEP 2. – Completing the necessary documentation
On notification of your intention to return, please ensure you include your details and the details of your order within the package, not on the item but in a note in the package along with a reason for return.
STEP 3. – Returning the product for refund
If you have been offered a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 7 working days from delivery. If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via recorded delivery.
If the item is damaged in transit, we require proof that it has been damaged. This can be either a photo or sending the item back. If the item has been damaged we will start a claim with the courier and if it has been damaged we will then refund the item.
All food items are non refundable or exchangeable for health and safety reasons.
